About the Art:

After years of searching for an art medium I felt comfortable with, and one that could truly translate what was happening in my mind, I finally stumbled across quill and ink when I was about 16 years old.
With this newfound medium, I was able to allow the ink to flow and accept mistakes as an expression of the will of the art. I use ink, tea, gold fleck, birch bark, and sometimes pressed flowers and found things like butterfly and dragonfly wings (I would never kill an animal in order to use it for art, all materials are usually found during walks through the woods or gifted to me by friends)
My art is often inspired by the nature around me, and the magic that it inspires in me when I see it, along with my nighttime dreams, and daytime musings.
